Currently residing in Europe, I'm an entrepreneur by nature who’s living at an intersection of technology and business; and it’s fair to say I’m cherishing every road uncharted this combination is taking me.
I was once lucky to be part of the story called Skype, building its localization function from the ground up and eventually running its market expansion teams in 27 locales. And later I was equally lucky to be asked to join a turn-around crew of one of the largest fast-fashion houses in EMEA, Consortio Fashion Group. My latest fashion technology startup Merocrat is aimed at creating a better model for creative recruitment and collaboration in the fashion industry by leveraging digital technologies.
Today, I’m combining these experiences in one of Europe’s largest ICT companies TeliaSonera by embarking on a bold digital agenda aimed at transforming traditional telco business leveraging new and emerging information digital technologies and channels. I am true believer in power of technology to transform and simplify our everyday life. Digital technology enables to augment our everyday interaction with brands and businesses; as businesses we use digital technologies as a key tool to helping people on their path to better life.
In my current role I am responsible for developing and leading the creation of transformative digital innovation to support sustainable growth and drive financial value to the enterprise; interfacing with business product development and Board to identify digital innovation that enables the company competitive differentiation; setting the strategic digital agenda to identify and develop digital solutions across channels.
I have found my passion and am loving every single minute and step on my digital journey.
